RMU GENERAL LEASING INFORMATION

1.       RENT:  To be discussed and determined on location.

2.       APPLICATION FEE:  $350.00.  This fee includes signage, use of the cart chair, set-up and take down of cart, corporate signage, processing of initial paperwork, etc.

3.       SECURITY DEPOSIT:  $500.00.  This deposit is refundable.

4.       RESALE NUMBER: A seller’s permit is required for all business owners.  There is no cost for this document, but copies are needed for our files.  It may take longer than one month to receive a permit.  Please file for this permit in person at:

5.       BUSINESS LICENSE: Approximately $81.00.  The license is valid for one year.  A business license must be obtained from:

6.       INSURANCE:  REQUIRED COVERAGE IS AS FOLLOWS:

$1,000,000 – GENERAL LIABILITY

$   500,000 – PROPERTY DAMAGE, WORKER’S

 COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYER’S   LIABILITY

     THE ADDITIONAL INSURED MUST INCLUDE:

RB ORANGE; RAWSON, BLUM & LEON/ORANGE; JONES LANG LASALLE AMERICAS, INC; JONES LANG LASALLE SERVICES, INC.; MALL OF ORANGE MERCHANT’S ASSOCIATION; AND, FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN AND/OR ITS ASSIGNEES, PO BOX 3040, GARDEN GROVE, CA  92842-3040 LOAN NO. 950114429, ARE HEREBY NAMED AS ADDITIONAL INSURED.

7.       VISUAL MERCHANDISER:  This is required in order to open the RMU.  There are no exceptions to this rule.  Once an agreements has been signed, please contact Brenda Kinsman at 949-232-5607 to set up an appointment to merchandise the RMU.

9.       CASH REGISTER: A cash register is required.  Sales reports with “Z” tapes must be delivered to the Management Office every Monday morning before 11:00am.

10.   DRESS CODE: Each employee is required to dress professionally.

Saturday                       10:00am – 8:00pm

Sunday                         11:00am – 7:00pm
